Sinopsis:PERSIGUIENDO MAVERICKS es la auténtica y estimulante historia del fenómeno del surf Jay Moriarity (encarnado por el actor novel Jonny Weston). Cuando, a la edad de 15 años, Jay descubre que las míticas olas conocidas como Mavericks, unas de las más descomunales del planeta, se aproximan a su hogar de Santa Cruz, donde van a romper, consigue la ayuda del legendario Frosty Hesson (Gerard Butler) para que lo entrene y así poder sobrevivir a dicho fenómeno.
